Are you looking for a seaside holiday where you can relax and have fun?
Seabreeze Cottage welcomes us to 6 guests and 5 furry ones to the seaside town of Silloth in Cumbria. This detached cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and enough space for everyone to relax and have fun.
At Seabreeze Cottage, you can relax in the lounge whilst family and friends enjoy a game of pool or prepare a delicious meal in the open-plan kitchen.
Open the patio doors and take the party outside into the enclosed garden and enjoy a barbecue or family games on the lawn.
The furry ones are welcome too, so bring them along and let them explore the dog friendly beach and town which is only a short walk away. The dogs get their own welcome basket and a box of toys to keep them entertained whilst you relax.
Seabreeze Cottage is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town, with its tearooms ,restaurants and pubs, large community green and traditional amusement arcade, not to mention the well renowned Silloth Golf Course. Head past the port to the sandy beach and pop down a blanket and enjoy stunning sunsets as the children build sandcastles and the dogs paddle in the sea.
For daytrips, you have the choice of The Lake District, with the market town of Keswick or The Gruffalo Trail at Whinlatter Forest within driving distance, or take the children to the Lakes Wildlife Park and see if you can spot the red panda. Visit Scotland and the famous Gretna Green or go shopping over in Carlisle. Take a coastal trip to Workington or Maryport and search for Nemo at the aquarium.
