Please Don't...at Seabreeze Cottage...

• No smoking/vaping inside the cottage (outside is ok and an ashtray is provided)
• No candles, tealights or ethanol burners
• Children should not be left alone
• Do not attempt to upgrade the Sky TV package, and we cannot provide the PIN.
• Do not charge an electric vehicle, e-bikes or e-scooters from the house
• Do not exceed the limit of 6 guests at Seabreeze
• No fireworks, hair dye, Chinese lanterns, drugs
• No 3rd party equipment e.g hot tubs

Please Do...at Seabreeze Cottage...

• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the cottage
• check out for 10am
• Recycle - for more information, just get in touch

Dog Rules...

• Please use blankets when dogs are on beds and furniture
• Please remove dog waste from the garden
• Only leave dogs alone in the cottage if walked and happy (crated if possible)
• Dogs must be up to date with their flea treatment
